1. Click **+ New Form** and give it a title (e.g., "Contact Form")
2. Add fields by clicking **+ Field** — choose from text, email, number, textarea, select, checkbox, and date types
3. Set fields as required, add placeholders, or for select fields, define options
4. Click **Embed** to get HTML code you can paste into any website
Embedding Your Form
The embed code is clean HTML — no iframes, no third-party JavaScript. It renders natively in your site's styles.
Paste the embed code into any HTML page and your form is live. Submissions are stored securely and available in your dashboard.
